Back Ordered Merchandise

In the unlikely event an item happens to be out of stock, the lead-time to receive an item is usually 1 to 2 weeks. If there is particularly long backorder on an item, we will notify the customer as soon as this information becomes available to us. Our estimated ship time of one to two weeks is not a guaranteed estimate but is the industry average for shipment turnaround times.

Process for Returning Merchandise

All returns must be authorized by contacting here to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Authorization does not guarantee credit. Customer is responsible for return shipping. RA numbers should be clearly displayed on the return shipping label of any package being returned to Packages without an RA number will not be accepted.

A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price will be deducted from any refund given. Authorized returns must be received no later than 30 days from the date the issuance of the RA number. Packages received thirty (30) days after the RA is issued will not be accepted and may subsequently be returned to the customer. Original shipping is Non-Refundable.

Upon receipt of return package all products will be inspected. All items must be in resalable condition, including: all components, manuals, registration cards, and original undamaged packaging before credit can be issued. In addition, the following restrictions apply: Credit cannot be issued for electric or electronic parts that have been installed. is not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments.


After your payment is authorized and verified it can take up to 48 hours to process your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow 24 hours after receiving tracking number to obtain tracking detail on your package. Parts will be shipped USPS First Class, Ground Advantage, or Priority Mail, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.

Orders for parts ship from our California warehouse. Ceiling fan orders drop ship directly from the manufacturer.

Our shipping schedule for PARTS are as follows:

USPS First Class: 5-7 Business Days, from the day it leaves our warehouse.

USPS Ground Advantage: 2-5 Business Days, from the day it leaves our warehouse.

USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 Business Days, from the day it leaves our warehouse. will ship your order to any physical address within the United States and is unable to ship to APO/FPO US military bases.

Changes to Delivery Address.

Changes to delivery addresses will be assessed an applicable fee to cover all additional expenses incurred to and will be added to your order in the following cases: 1) You or PayPal provided an inaccurate shipping address or 2) You have the delivery forwarded to an alternate location after the order was placed. The charge for changing a shipping address will be $15.00.

Refused Packages incurs a return shipping fee equal to the cost of shipping the product to you when you refuse the shipment or are not available to complete the delivery. We reserve the right to pass this fee on to you by deducting the amount from the credit due. The return shipping charge for refused packages will be $15.00.


All ceiling fans and home lighting fixtures are warrantied via the manufacturer. warranties all refurbished electronics for 6 months (excludes power surges), Other components for 1 year from the date of purchase. If your component fails during this time, contact us here immediately.
