The customer must return the defective product to the Authorized Dealer who sold the product.
Under the following conditions credit will be issued:
• Serial number, proof of purchase, or proof of installation MUST show product was purchased or installed by the customer within the 30 Days.
• Returned product must be accompanied by the RGA form authorized by the Casablanca Sales Representative.
• Product must be returned complete. If parts are missing, credit will be issued less the amount of the missing parts.
• Damaged merchandise due to improper packaging will not be approved for credit.
• Product must be returned freight prepaid, accompanied by the RGA form. A freight bill must be submitted for credit to be issued.
• Product must be returned complete. If parts are missing, credit will be issued less the amount of the missing parts.
• Unauthorized returns of Non defective or unused product will be subject to a 25% restocking Fee.
