If you have no light operation and the fan works, turn fan on and while it is running press the FAN & LIGHT buttons together for 2 seconds. If your fan reverses, the control is good and the receiver is the problem and needs replacing.

If you have another Casablanca fan with the same control system, take the working control and install it in the problem fan. If the problem persists, then the control is good and the receiver needs replacing.
